How long until my product is shipped?
Processing time is usually 1-14 days depending on whether or not the item is already made or how complex it is. This could vary based on vacations or other busy times of the year. Feel free to message or dm us with any questions as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and receive your item as quickly as possible!
What kind of material is used in your jewelry?
At White Daisy we like to be transparent so you know what kind of materials you are wearing. We used 14k Gold-Filled and Sterling silver for all extender chains, jump rings, and clasps. The chain we use could be 14k Gold-Filled, Sterling Silver, and gold plated or silver plated. We assure you that our jewelry is very good quality if you take care of it well.
Can I return my item?
Yes we accept returns within the first 30 days. We expect the jewelry to be delivered back in its original packaging and undamaged; Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless shop has agreed first.
